My name is Alex, and I have been devoted to helping people exceed their fitness potential since 2014! I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Powerlifting Prep Coach, and Functional Training Specialist. As a fitness professional, I have experience working with individuals who have a variety of goals; reducing body fat, increasing strength, improving stability, and recovering from injuries are just a few examples of what my clients have accomplished. Utilizing my knowledge and experience in the fitness profession, I create a customized program for each client that is designed to achieve their unique goals. As a woman in this profession, I am also dedicated to empowering other women through fitness, especially those who have felt apprehensive or intimidated by the gym. In addition, I work with clients who identify as either transgender or gender nonbinary, assisting them in transforming their bodies in a way that elicits self-confidence. By far, the most rewarding part of being a personal trainer is witnessing the positive changes that my clients experience!
