My name is Alex, and I have been devoted to helping people exceed their fitness potential since 2014! I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Powerlifting Prep Coach, and Functional Training Specialist. As a fitness professional, I have experience working with individuals who have a variety of goals; reducing body fat, increasing strength, improving stability, and recovering from injuries are just a few examples of what my clients have accomplished. Utilizing my knowledge and experience in the fitness profession, I create a customized program for each client that is designed to achieve their unique goals. As a woman in this profession, I am also dedicated to empowering other women through fitness, especially those who have felt apprehensive or intimidated by the gym. In addition, I work with clients who identify as either transgender or gender nonbinary, assisting them in transforming their bodies in a way that elicits self-confidence. By far, the most rewarding part of being a personal trainer is witnessing the positive changes that my clients experience!

My goal is to disrupt the ideology that you can only be healthy and fit by spending hours in the gym every day and consuming animal products. I know that as a vegan, or someone who is interested in transitioning to veganism, you share the belief that animals shouldn’t be used for any reason, including fitness. Marcel holds a certification as a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. He has worked as a personal trainer for the past 5 years and specializes in body fat loss, lean muscle gain, high intensity interval training and is an IPE Pro and NANBF men's physique champion. Marcel incorporates a holistic approach to his sessions and strives to provide an empowering experience to help clients achieve their individual goals.
I have been a personal trainer since 2012. I have over eight thousand hours of one on one coaching experience, have helped people lose hundreds of pounds of body weight, and lift thousands of pounds of barbell weight. No matter your fitness level or starting point I have the tools and experience to get you to your goals and beyond.
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. Watching them reach a potential they would only think about is why this job makes it so easy to do. I like to show people the true limits of the human body while building a mental toughness to push through any obstacle.
